"Work to study" is developed by the Operations area of the institution, it has been carried out since 2016 in order to encourage students from the Casavalle Basin to remain "in the educational system through a stimulus generated by experiences part-time or weekend jobs that allow the young person to successfully carry out both activities.We must bear in mind that in these contexts economic reasons encourage disengagement from the system.
The project has been successful keeping 100°/o of its participants linked to the educational system and 90°/o still working.
